Jesse Jerome Spears 61, US Army Veteran passed away on Wednesday April 18, 2018. He was discharged with honorable status then returned to Arkansas from California. He leaves to cherish his memory a special friend Ms. Bernadette K. Gulley, three adopted children, Ebony N. Gulley, Lataslia M. Boykins, and Jeremiah L. Gulley(Angie) four grandchildren and a host of friends. Interment will be 12pm Tuesday May 1, 2018 at Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery North Little Rock, Arkansas .
