James Moore Jr Obituary

James Thomas Moore, Jr.  was born August 23, 1962 in Harlem, New York to James Thomas Moore, Sr.  and Mary Ann Fiorello-Moore.  He was the third child to this union.

He accepted Christ as his personal savior and the Holy Spirit as his comforter and guide at an early age.

He obtained his General Equivalency Diploma before entering into the workforce in New York, then moved to Little Rock, Arkansas.  He began his career with Kimberly-Clark Manufacturer in Maumelle where he worked for twenty years as a Process Operator.  JT explored a career as a Salesperson for North Little Rock Nissan before joining 3M as a Roll Room and Utility Operator where he was a very dedicated employee until his death.

James, lovingly known as “JT” and “Jun”, was a great husband, father, brother, uncle, and friend.  He was known for his tender kindness, loving heart, and his pleasing and outgoing personality.  His friends and family cherished every conversation, a ton of jokes and laughter, words of encouragement and the advice he gave.  He was truly loved by his family and friends, who will miss him dearly.  He loved traveling, especially in the RV, fishing, camping, riding his motorcycle, hosting parties and he was a “Tried-and True Dallas Cowboy Fan”.

James departed this life on Monday, March 22, 2021 at Baptist Springhill, North Little Rock, Arkansas.  His parents preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his beautiful memories, a loving wife, Treniece Daniels-Moore, three sons: James Moore III, Little Rock, Arkansas, Shane Moore, Mayflower, Arkansas and Jamerson Rhodes, Scott, Arkansas; two sisters: Nanette Fiorello, Long Island City Queens, New York, and Thomasina Fiorello, Jamaica Queens, New York, two sisters-in-law, two brothers-in-law, a host of beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, many other relatives, and friends.
